The last 30 years have been eventful for us.  Mason (also AHS class of '78) and I will be married for 30 years this Dec.  We have 3 girls, all grown.  We live in NW Houston. Mason has been a Houston firefighter, 2 time valor awarded (shameless brag), for the last 29 years and has recently retired from the Dept.  I have spent these years homeschooling our daughters through high school and have trained and showed dogs, had a jewelry business and worked in other office related jobs off and on, and served in the different congregations that we were a part of.  Now that Mason is retired we are focusing on our call to the ministry and missions that was part time for the last 8 years.  We have a Hebraic Roots and Bible teaching ministry which we now are able to do full time. Our faith in the Lord is the foundation to our relationship and our family and that faith has given us the strength to overcome the problems, trials and failures that life and those of our own making brings. I am honored and grateful that He chooses to use us, these less than perfect vessels, in His Work and give Him all the Glory.

WOW! 30 yrs.. It's hard for me to  remember being 30 yrs old..much less in high school 30 yrs ago..I have owned a small company Avalon Windows since 1992..I should change its name to the money pit..
I have 2 step daughters 26 and 20 and my daughter 19..she's the drama queen..and as you know fellow parents, we may have graduated 30 yrs ago but to them we are mindless and know nothing about life...oh! isn't that they way i felt about my parents ??
Now i must diet!!! That sucks!! To start, I will now only eat single meat hamburgers with small fries and wash it down with a diet coke...That should work..huh..and to assure weight loss, no more fried snickers....

I was happily married to a wonderful man who passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2006 and we were blessed to have two wonderful children, Sean who is 14 and Kelli Rae who is 12. Sean, who attends Klein Oak, spends most of his time playing baseball.  Kelli attends Krimmel Intermediate and stays busy with being a cheerleader for her school, basketball and now track.  I absolutely love attending these activities and have somehow found the time to  rekindle a relationship that I started right out of high school 29 years ago.  Now, after years of heartbreak, illness and panic, I have been able to live my life again.  

I have been working as an Administrator at Aldine Fire & Rescue now going on 9 years and I love it.  It keeps me tied to my roots which has such good memories of growing up. 

I am so looking forward to seeing everybody at the 30th!!

Good to know we will have the chance to reconnect with friends later this summer. 
I am back in the Houston Area after being gone since 85.  It is very strange to think it has been 30 years since we left our Aldine Home.   
During my time away I lived in several cities on the east Coast from Boston, MA to Ft Myers, FL.  Truthfully I liked Boston better than Florida.  It was friendlier.  LOL

I am no longer married and my children are grown.  It is very wonderful to have time to myself after so many years of complete responsibility.
I work in the Woodlands and also live here.  It is a beautiful place to call home.

I will be finishing my Masters in Psychology as soon as I get the proverbial round tuit.  Gonna have to find one soon.

Where has the past 30 years gone???
I'm still in the Houston area - presently living in Spring. I married my teenage sweetheart and although he has three boys (youngest is 19), we do not have any children together. We have two totally awesome boxer dogs - both males (yes, they get along great). We show them and the older one is an AKC Champion. We love anything outdoor, especially if it involves watersports, beaches, deep sea fishing (yea - I love it too, who'd have thought?), camping, going on cruises (yes!!) and generally just enjoying being together.  My hubby, Ken, is an avid golfer however I just can't seem to get the "swing" of it. I enjoy rollerblading, bicycling, swimming, walking in the many parks here in Spring and going to dog shows. We like to go to the deer lease - I go for the scenery and to shoot my camera.  Looking forward to seeing everyone.

needles to say that it is very easy to let life pass you by.  i have been in the trucking industry for the better part of the last 20 years.  i am home every night now after many years of being away.  i have seen every state in the continental u.s.  i have been married for the past 16 years to a fellow aldine alumn. my wifes name is debbie. we have 5 kids between us, 28,25,24,17,16. we have 4 wonderful grand kids so needless to say we r very busy. just want to say i am looking forward to the 30th reunion.  it will be interesting to see if all of us ever grew up or if we r just putting up a very good front. see yall in august! ya hear?

I am happily married (3rd time is a charm) to Jody and have 4 year old twins.  My oldest is 17(Jacob) and will be a senior next school year.  My husband adopted him when we got married.  The twins are messes, providing us with much entertainment.  We have a boy (Joshua) and a girl (Jera).  I am a high school counselor at San Marcos High School and love it.  I am in charge of prom and that is an unbelievably huge job (so Rose, I sympathize with organizing this reunion).  I have lost touch with most of my high school friends, but Terri Skipper's daughter was an intern at SMHS last semester....I also talk to Wendi Pryor Ainsworth occassionally as her ex teaches at SMHS.  Also, Ginger Morgan and I have kept in touch some...  I am involved at church as a Sunday School teacher and frequent soloist.  My family and I go camping a lot (in our motorhome.)    My parents are still alive and are excited to hear all of the news from the reunion as they remember my friends very well.  I can't wait to see everyone, but must start a diet now!!!

Hi guys, I wish I could attend but we had already committed to go to Hawaii.  Bad timing I guess.  Would have really have liked to have seen everyone.  I can't believe it's been 30 years.

Robin and I still live in the same house in Grapevine.  We will celebrate our 26th anniversary in June.  Our oldest, Ian, is now a Senior at Austin College in Sherman where he is studying to be a teacher and plays soccer.    Our youngest son, Geddy (I put his gender in because of the hair and by the way he looks great in my old concert T-shirts), will be a sophomore in high school.  I practice at CareNow in Grapevine and Robin is a homemaker.  We love to travel and work on updating our home (Watching to much HGTV.
